Tropical Avocado Smoothie
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree:
- 1/2 an apple
- 1 orange
- 1 dragonfruit (if you don’t have this, no big deal!)
- 1/2 mango
- 5 strawberries
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup coconut water (if you do not have coconut water, you can just use more orange juice or water)
